Local Moving Guy

Doug can move you down the trail, but not necessarily down the street.

He works pretty cheap because he doesn't have a lot of expensive equipment.

His helper doesn't do much but get in the way.

Although I cleaned up the kitchen after this particular packing session, so we could eat some dinner - just think ---- I don't actually have to clean this house when we move out!

Wish I Was Goin'

Bill and Danny are out hiking the hills of Olalla, practicing for their Olympic hike coming up this Sunday. Yay!

Andy & Sarah got him this cool bike seat so he can ride practially ride on the handle bars. He loves it!

The big ol' 5th wheel trailer is now down in the front of the house. The empty space looks like a good place for the lap pool!


Here I am in one of the many corners that need emptying. Good grief! Lots of stuff from the 70's in here.


I would be making faster progress if I didn't keep coming across boxes of pictures everywhere I turn. I keep finding treasures. I had Doug scan this one - priceless. And..........

Mom's Birthday

was today. Her sister, Ernestine came and we had a party! Ernestine's son Robert, made sure she got here safely. They arrived at Sea-Tac at 11:20 and I picked them up and brought them over to Port Orchard. I had them back to the airport by just a few minutes after 4:00. It was worth every mile!
